Your shopping bag is saved in your browser using product references and quantities. Campaign parameters that begin with utm_ may also be saved in your browser, so attribution can accompany a future checkout. Untagged browsing does not replace previously saved attribution. When checkout is available, Shopify processes the cart and hosted checkout. Bounded campaign parameters are passed as cart attributes; other browsing query parameters are not passed through this attribution flow. If you give permission, configured Meta Pixel and OpenPanel integrations receive page, product, add-to-bag and checkout events. These may include product identifiers, quantities, values and currency. Optional analytics are not required to browse or use the shopping bag. You can change your choice on the Cookie settings page.
